Meet the Staff

Zoe Robertson

Zoe Robertson has been working with Dr. Abramson for a decade as his practice manager. She has over 27 years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and has worked in clinical, administrative, and management roles. Zoe graduated from Kean University with her BA in psychology and George Washington University with her MSHS in clinical research administration. Zoe is passionate about providing exceptional support to Dr. Abramson’s patients throughout their surgical experiences and draws from her education, background in plastic/aesthetic surgery, and desire to help others. Currently, Zoe is the site/study coordinator for multiple clinical research studies in which Dr. Abramson serves as Principal Investigator.

Melissa “Mel” De Paola

Melissa “Mel” De Paola began working with Dr. Abramson in 2020 as a receptionist/front desk coordinator. While working full time, she successfully graduated from Bergen Community College with her Associate of Science in nursing and then earned licensure as a registered nurse. Currently, Mel works alongside Dr. Abramson, as his personal RN. Mel’s administrative and clinical experience with Dr. Abramson has provided her with in-depth knowledge about his internal office protocols as well as the delivery of exceptional patient care. Mel is detailed, focused, and gentle when providing care and aesthetic treatments to Dr. Abramson’s patients.

Kaitlyn Gutierrez

Kaitlyn Gutierrez graduated from Felician University with her BS in exercise sports science. Soon after graduating, she became Dr. Abramson’s medical receptionist and within one year successfully transitioned into the role of front desk coordinator. Kaitlyn has a bubbly personality and a welcoming spirit and receives many compliments from patients on her kindness and eagerness to help. Currently, Kaitlyn is attending Mercy University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. 

Mahli Christian

Mahli Christian graduated from William Paterson University with her BS in biology. She is the most recent addition to Dr. Abramson’s staff and is well qualified for her current administrative and front desk support role. Mahli’s employment history includes medical assisting, medical scribe and research intern. She brings to our office a friendly, calm, and polite demeanor and professional work ethic. You may also find Mahli working in a more clinical role assisting Dr. Abramson and his nurse with patients.
